Our partnership with PTM&W Industries, established in 1967 as a manufacturer of high performance liquid resins for wet layup, infusion, tooling, and bonding, allows us to serve a much broader market including RTM, VARTM, resin casting and room temperature cure fabrications.

Our relentless pursuit of excellence through research and development allows our composite materials to replace single-source materials with shorter lead time and newer, benign chemistry alternatives with new onshore supply chains. We bring new composite materials to market including MAKO Vibration Damping Film, addition-cure polyimide resin and prepreg for high temp composite ducts, and primers that greatly improve lap shear strength in aerospace bonding applications.

Makobond Adhesive Paste 109
Makobond AP-109 is a 2-component epoxy adhesive designed for difficult bonding applications. This multi-purpose adhesive has a simple 1:1 mix ratio by both volume and weight and can be easily applied with no sag. AP-109 has excellent cure properties as well as good resistance to various chemicals and harsh environments. Service temp is up to 150°F (66°C).
MakoBond Casting Resin 405
MakoBond CR 405 is an unfilled general epoxy system with many possible applications including adhesives, potting, and encapsulating. The CR 405 has a 3-hour pot life which provides good working time for larger applications. CR 405 will not shrink as much as other resins that contain diluent.
Makobond Adhesive Paste 110
Makobond AP 110 is a very tough two-part epoxy adhesive designed for composite parts. Once cured, AP 110 is resistant to any stresses or cracking, and is not brittle. The thixotropic nature of AP 110 helps with filling gaps on bond lines with no sag. AP 110 will perform well in most temperature and environmental situations.
